We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in a full-time capacity.

* The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting a friendly and professional face to customers, providing efficient administrative support to other departments and working closely with the Aftersales Manager to achieve business objectives.
* Duties will include:
o Answering customer inquiries and booking services
o Maintaining accurate records of daily activities
o Welcoming customers and checking their details on arrival
o Documenting customer vehicle issues and communicating these to the mechanics
o Collaborating with mechanics to determine repair requirements
o Providing customers with clear information regarding service outcomes
o Scheduling car check-ups and service appointments with customers and mechanics
o Processing invoices and receiving payments
* The ideal candidate will possess:
o Previous experience in reception, service or after sales roles
o Prior experience in the motor industry would be advantageous
o A proactive and customer-focused approach, with excellent communication and administration skills
o Able to work effectively as part of a team
o Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
