Clare.
As Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operation of a busy and high-standard kitchen.
You will be responsible for your own section, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standard of quality and presentation, while maintaining excellent hygiene and safety practices.

Duties Will Include: Preparing and presenting dishes within your section to a consistently high standard Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop menus and daily specials Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment in line with HACCP regulations Managing stock control and ensuring minimal waste Mentoring and supporting junior kitchen staff Upholding the values and culinary vision of the hotel Requirements: Previous experience as Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef in a similar environment A genuine passion for food and a commitment to quality Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends HACCP certification and good knowledge of kitchen health & safety standards You must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland Visa and relocation packages are not provided Salary & Benefits: Salary: €35,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience) Opportunities for career progression within a luxury hotel group Access to professional development and training programs A dynamic and supportive working environment Accommodation available: €90 per week - includes: Private/shared room Wi-Fi, electricity, and heating 2 x meals per day, 7 days a week during the season Barista coffee, tea, and mineral water Skills: cooking meal prep english
