We’re now hiring a Head of Client Services to lead a newly formed team based in either our Nottingham or Dublin office.
This is a pivotal role within our brand‑new Client Services function. You’ll take the lead in shaping how we collaborate with our partners—building strong relationships, understanding operational challenges, and working across internal teams to ensure effective, timely resolutions. The role requires close engagement with clients and deep collaboration across internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure an excellent partner experience.
Your team will act as a central point of coordination between clients, underwriters, and key internal stakeholders.
To Succeed, You’ll Bring
Significant client‑facing experience, ideally within insurance or a regulated financial services environment.
A strong operational background, with hands‑on experience supporting or improving business processes
Direct or indirect experience with Delegated Authority models, or a solid understanding of DA‑related workflows and operational requirements
Proven experience of developing and managing third‑party relationships
A structured, project‑management‑focused approach to resolving operational issues
Confidence in influencing, negotiating, and collaborating at all levels
Strong leadership capability, with the resilience to create, lead and coach your team to deliver positive outcomes
A vision of how effective relationship management can deliver real commercial benefit
