Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job postings, and develop effective recruitment strategies. The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the entire recruitment process, from attracting candidates to finalizing offers, ensuring that the company attracts high-quality candidates that align with its values and culture.

Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. The specialist screens resumes, conducts interviews, and evaluates candidates to determine their qualifications and fit for the role. Additionally, the role involves managing candidate relationships, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers in making informed decisions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist also assists in employer branding, promoting the company as an employer of choice, and supporting the onboarding process for new hires.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building diverse, high-performing teams.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR
* Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers
* Ability to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
* Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proactive and self-motivated, with a solutions-oriented mindset
* Strong negotiation skills and experience with job offers and compensation packages
* Understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment
* Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring
