Head of Compliance –Insurance
A well-capitalised and rapidly expanding insurance group is seeking a Head of Compliance to lead the compliance function across Europe from Dublin. This senior role holds the independent PCF12 approval and is critical in overseeing regulatory adherence, governance frameworks, and risk management for the business.
Our Client

Key Responsibilities
* Fulfil the role of independent PCF12 Compliance Officer with full accountability for regulatory compliance and governance oversight.
* Manage all consumer protection code requirements and ensure ongoing alignment with Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) and Prudential Regulatory Authority (PRA) expectations.
* Act as the principal liaison with regulators including CBI, PRA, Data Protection authorities, and Information Commissioner.
* Oversee and sign off on full due diligence for onboarding partners, and lead all associated pre- and post-bind audits.
* Develop, implement, and continuously review compliance and governance policies and procedures.
* Prepare and present regulatory and compliance reports for the Board and committees.
* Ensure timely responses to all regulatory data requests and reporting obligations.
Ideal Background
* Proven experience in a senior compliance leadership role within insurance or financial services.
* Previous or current holder of PCF12 regulatory approval is essential.
* Strong track record in regulatory liaison and managing complex compliance issues.
* Quantitative or analytical qualification preferred.
* Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills with a collaborative and open working style.
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive compliance culture within a fast-growing environment.
