We are working with a
large utilities organisation
operating critical national infrastructure. They are hiring a
Technology Security Manager (IT/OT)
to lead and own cybersecurity across both enterprise IT and operational technology environments.
This is a senior role with responsibility for security strategy, governance, and delivery across complex, regulated systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and deliver the Technology Security strategy across IT and OT environments
* Lead IT/OT risk assessments and ensure alignment with ISO 27001 and IEC 62443
* Act as the initial incident response lead for security and technology incidents
* Manage and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
* Oversee third-party security providers, tooling, and compliance obligations
Key Requirements
* Strong background in IT/OT or OT security within utilities or critical infrastructure
* Hands-on experience with ICS, SCADA, or industrial control environments
* Proven ownership of ISO 27001 ISMS and security governance
* Solid understanding of IEC 62443 and OT security principles
* Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and translate risk into business impact
