Senior Recruitment Partner 12 Month FTC (Engineering + Tech) – Workhuman
Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland
Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Partner to partner with our technology organization.
You'll recruit for roles across Software Engineering, QA Engineering, and Engineering Leadership, working closely with leaders to bring new talent into the business.
Your focus will be strong sourcing, relationship building, and creating a smooth, human‑focused hiring experience.
While technology will be your main area, you'll also support other business roles as needed.
Job Description
Hybrid role – in office 3 days per week

The Skills You Will Bring
5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including in‑house experience
Strong background delivering complex technical roles
Advanced sourcing skills: talent mapping, passive outreach, market insights
Confident working with ATS/HRIS systems, sourcing tools, and reporting dashboards; experience with Workday is an advantage
Ability to use data to influence decisions and improve processes
Strong stakeholder management and communication across technical and non‑technical teams
Excellent time management and prioritisation across multiple roles
Commitment to a fair, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience
Collaborative and agile mindset; supportive of teammates, willing to share expertise, and support other business areas as required
Mindset that embraces modern AI tools to simplify tasks, speed up workflows, and elevate the hiring experience

Reporting and insights used to guide hiring strategy and decisions
