Position Overview
This exciting Senior Finance Analyst role offers a fantastic opportunity to support a large and dynamic J&J Innovative Medicine biopharmaceutical manufacturing plant. This role offers high visibility across multiple stakeholders within Supply Chain and the broader finance organization. We’re looking for a talented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholder groups and navigating through complexity. Main responsibilities include

Co-ordinating and governing the consolidated actual and forecasted financial results for the Cork Bio manufacturing site.
Providing accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis to stakeholders helping to proactively identify risks & opportunities. Ensure there is aligned coordination between the multiple stakeholders impacting the manufacturing site actual and forecasted results.
Financial management of the onsite Clinical Manufacturing activity and developing strong cross-functional partnerships with Planning, R&D and Value Chain Management to ensure accurate and transparent financial oversight and overall supporting the site “Launch & Grow” profile.
Business partnering as the finance lead on the Business Unit 2 Leadership team, in addition to partnering the Quality and MSAT site teams to deliver on financial commitments and developing relationships to become a trusted finance business partner.
Managing and coaching direct report to support their development and maximize their potential.
Taking a lead role to implement the J&J Finance Digital Transformation at a site level.
Developing and implementing continuous improvement activities to enhance financial reporting/business planning processes in the mindset of Radical Simplification.
Adhering to compliance Corporate Accounting Procedures and Approval Guidelines.

Who we’re looking for:
Required

Bachelors degree or equivalent
Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA accountant
A minimum of 3-5 years finance experience
Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools.
Strong Excel skills.
Excellent communication skills, ability to deliver data concisely.

Preferred

Experience in a complex multi-national environment
Experience with SAP, TM1, Power BI and Analytics/Business Intelligence tools such as AFO and Anaplan

Your analytical skills help you to understand difficult issues and related business needs, you can convey these to others to help understand complex transactions or to realize business value.
You have very strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills, with an ability to communicate clearly and appropriately in both written & oral forms.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 63,300 - 101,315 EUR.
