Meetings and Events Coordinator
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering outstanding meetings and events within a luxury hotel environment.
* Coordinate and manage all aspects of meetings, conferences, and events from initial enquiry to completion.
* Liaise with clients to understand requirements and tailor event solutions accordingly.
* Collaborate with sales, catering, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage event proposals, contracts, and bookings efficiently.
2. Maintain accurate event documentation and communication records.
3. Assist in upselling additional services and amenities to enhance client experiences.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar meetings and events role, ideally within a hotel or hospitality setting.
* Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
* Proficiency in event management software and MS Office suite.
