Overview
Account Executive — Our client is a startup focusing on revenue prediction software. We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive growth and close enterprise contracts.
Responsibilities
* Meet and exceed sales quotas and successfully close enterprise customer contracts.
* Build and grow pipeline, accurately forecast, develop existing and new relationships.
* Drive vertical market sales and develop new vertical market sales plans.
* Apply knowledge of value selling methodology.
* Own your business: develop leads, close opportunities, and create and execute territory account plans and demand generation within the territory.
* Establish yourself as a trusted advisor at executive level, building long-term relationships for future cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
* Prospect, develop, manage, and execute a territory plan to support lead generation and full sales cycle management; understand industry trends, product capabilities, and customer requirements.
* Leverage internal and external tools to maximize customer information and maximize success with a world-class SaaS toolkit.
* Aim to be recognised on bookings on an annual basis.
Experience
* Have sold SaaS into a C-suite and through all lifecycle phases.
* Track record of exceeding quota and strong negotiation skills.
* Solution sales experience in identifying market size and focus.
* Developing sales pipelines, accurate forecasting, penetrating new accounts, driving the sales process within a relationship selling environment.
* 3-5+ years B2B SaaS experience with Enterprise/Fortune accounts.
* Background in business development and heavy prospecting with the ability to create new opportunities in innovative ways.
