This operational role focuses on accuracy, cGMP compliance, and structured laboratory analysis in a state-of-the-art biologics facility.Key ResponsibilitiesWork onsite in the Quality Operations Laboratory in CarlowPerform routine & non-routine testing (immunoassays, cell-based bioassays, HPLC, compendial methods)Review and record test results ensuring data integritySupport deviations, OOS investigations, and method validationHandle all lab documentation with full cGMP complianceRequirementsFluent EnglishScience degree (BSc or higher preferred)1-2 years laboratory experience (pharma/biotech desired)Strong attention to detail and accuracy in lab testingComfort working 4-cycle shifts (12hr shifts + 30% premium)Previous QC lab, analysis, or testing experience is a pluseTeam Workforce sp. z o.o. is an employment agency entered into the register maintained by the Marshal of the Mazovian Voivodeship under number 21300.
