* Minimise waste and support cost-effective kitchen practices through portion control
* Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and HACCP compliance
* Participate in a collaborative, professional kitchen environment
* Learn, practice, and refine advanced culinary techniques
* Supervise a specific section in the kitchen and assist in training Commis Chefs
