Deputy Manager - Tralee My client, a successful and expanding non-food retail chain, is currently seeking a Deputy Manager for their store in Tralee. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic retail business where you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to drive commercial performance and lead a large team. I'm keen to speak with experienced retail professionals who have a background in high-volume, customer-focused stores and a strong track record in delivering results through people. Responsibilities for this Deputy Manager role: Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of 10+ sales assistants. Drive sales and KPIs by creating a motivating and high-performing store environment. Assist in implementing effective strategies to maximise turnover and customer engagement. Ensure high merchandising standards and compliance with company policies. Support stock management, stocktakes, and day-to-day operational efficiency. Lead from the front and maintain a strong presence on the shop floor. Requirements for this Deputy Manager role: 2+ years' experience in an assistant or deputy management role within high volume, non-food, or grocery retail. Experience working with retail KPI's is essential. Excellent leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills. Experience managing stock levels, store presentation, and staff training.
