An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experiencedEmployee Benefits Consultant, a key client-facing role to service delivery of client accounts and solutions across the EB practice.Responsible for:Managing benefit reviews/placements/market reviews and ensuring services are coordinated and delivered effectively.Understand clients benefit requirements and provide advice on insurers services, coverage and pricingDeliver day to day servicing to support retention and development of the businessPrepare risk specifications, manage scheme accounting, run census data audits and ad-hoc consulting projectsEnsure renewal timelines are met, market reviews undertaken and policies placed in advance of renewalReview service disruption/dissatisfaction and implement appropriate actions with carriers to resolveSupport the broader development of insurer relationshipsEnsure compliance requirements and internal controls are fully metExperience requiredMinimum of 3+ years consulting experience within a large corporate benefit broking/consulting environmentPrincipal focus on pension and group risk insurances (ideally both)Exceptional client relationship skillsAbility to manage time effectively focusing on priorities, targets and deadlinesGood critical thinker and able to distil complex issues down into clear, actionable recommendationsQFA qualifiedFor more information on the role please feel free to get in touch with Honor on Applications are in strict confidence.
