Support Worker Role
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the skills and qualities necessary to support individuals living with mental health issues, intellectual disabilities, autism, and addictions.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide personal care and support to individuals in their daily lives;
* To assist with daily routines, including personal hygiene, medication management, and meal preparation;
* To engage individuals in activities that promote independence and self-esteem;
* To work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users;
* To maintain accurate records of service user interactions and progress.
Requirements:
* A Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent;
* Experience working with vulnerable adults or children;
* Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds;
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
