Job Title: Operations Manager
The Grand Hotel Dublin is seeking an experienced professional to join our Senior Management team as Operations Manager. This role will oversee the operations of the hotel across all departments, ensuring excellence in service and standards are achieved at all times.
* To assist the Deputy General manager in overseeing the operations of the hotel.
* To ensure there is effective and appropriate supervision in areas of responsibility at all times.
* To hold daily briefings in areas of responsibility to ensure effective communication with HOD's and team.
* To ensure all mandatory, job-related training is completed and to the highest of standards.
* Assist with the recruitment & selection process ensuring that we recruit only the best.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent attention to detail and focus on customer service is required as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to lead, motivate and grow your teams.
