Job Title: German Speaking Client Relations and Service Agent
Cork, Ireland is the location for this exciting opportunity.
The total remuneration package includes an OTE of €32K, performance bonus, and various benefits.

As a crucial member of our client's customer support team, your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service via email, chat, and phone mediums.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high quality support service via chat and email. Phone medium required occasionally.
* Respond to customer enquiries efficiently and professionally, liaising with other departments for support to ensure sufficient response is delivered. When required, ensure case ownership and follow up on your individual caseload.
* Ensure accuracy in all correspondence and update the system accordingly.
* Help improve processes to become more efficient and elevate customer experiences.
* Have excellent product knowledge to ensure you can advise and provide support to assist and resolve customer issues.

* Fluency in both English and German. Strong written skills required.
* Excellent people skills and problem solving abilities.
