Role Overview
The role involves leading and coordinating surveillance activities for surgical site infections, bloodstream infections, and other healthcare-associated infections.
* Active surveillance of SSIs, BSIs, and other HCAIs using national and local protocols.
* Maintenance of accurate databases and contribution to clinical governance meetings.
* Development and maintenance of effective working relationships with clinical, administrative, and external stakeholders.
