About the Role
The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in CRM-Sales and a strong understanding of the Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. This role will involve leading product initiatives providing strategic insights and ensuring the successful implementation of CRM solutions to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM systems with other business applications.
* Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for CRM processes configurations and customizations.
* Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system through regular audits and maintenance.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of CRM solutions to ensure they meet business objectives and user needs.
* Lead the resolution of complex technical issues related to CRM systems to minimize downtime and disruptions.
* Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management on CRM-related initiatives and investments.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize CRM project requirements and deliverables.
* Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all CRM activities.
Qualifications
* Possess a deep understanding of CRM-Sales systems and their application in business processes.
* Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into CRM solutions.
* Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
* Have a proven track record of successfully leading CRM projects from inception to completion.
* Show proficiency in documenting CRM processes and configurations for future reference.
* Display the ability to train and mentor team members on CRM best practices.
