Service Manager
This role plays a key leadership position in the overall management and strategic growth of an Alzheimer's & Dementia Day Service. The Senior Centre Manager is responsible for ensuring high standards of care, strong governance, and an empowering culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maximise the impact and reach of all services to support adults living with dementia.
* Develop excellent relationships with multiple stakeholders including family carers.
* Grow and develop the range and number of dementia services in line with organisational objectives.
* Manage records and documentation, implement performance management systems, promote training opportunities, ensure effective human resources management, identify risks maintain accurate budgets etc. and much more...
