Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious, commercially minded, and resilient Client Services Executive with a passion for finding the right solutions for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
* Attend discovery calls in order to present a well-rounded value based proposition
* Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online prospecting.
* Conduct presentations to showcase the value proposition of the service we are offering both at new sales and renewal
* Complete Consultative Renewal calls encompassing Work In Progress, review & additional services to showcase the value proposition of the service
* Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure including chasing for any relevant factors.
* Create a Presence on Linked in for our clients and Prospects Client Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact.
* Understand client needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions and services.
* Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Attend Kick off calls and hold Handover calls with internal stakeholders where necessary
* Host calls with clients based on the NPS Feedback received and make recommendations to the relevant stakeholders
* Attend and hold Check in Calls quarterly based on the client profile
* Reporting and Analysis:
* Track and analyse individual performance, identifying areas for improvement.
* Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices. Skills and Qualifications:

* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Knowledge of the professional services industry and relevant technologies.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Experience in a client-facing role is preferred.

* Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems i.e. Hubspot

Pay: €30,000.00-€34,000.00 per year
