Job Title: Senior Commercial Manager
Role Overview:
The Senior Commercial Manager will oversee the commercial aspects of the project from inception to completion. This includes conducting site visits to validate progress and support contract administration.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
* Prepare and review cost estimates and tender documentation
* Support measurement and valuation of works
* Assist with cost control, reporting, and budgeting
* Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, 13 years of experience in a similar position, and a valid full driver's license. You should be willing to travel to and from sites as required and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
