What You'll Be Doing
As our Social Content Specialist, you'll be the creativemind behind our social media campaigns while ensuring they deliver strategicvalue. Here's what your responsibilities will include:
* Strategic Concept Development:Create engaging concepts for social media campaigns that align with clientbusiness goals and support marketing objectives.
* Content Production: Turn concepts into reality by executing basic production tasks and capturing simple social content.
* Designer & EditorCollaboration: Work with designers and video editors to bring yourcreative vision to life through clear communication and direction.
* Client Communication: Build strong client relationships by understanding their briefs, presenting concepts persuasively, and incorporating feedback effectively.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse social performance data to identify trends and generate insights that improve future campaigns.
* Content Calendar Management: Create and maintain content calendars to keep campaigns organized and ensure deadlines are met with quality work.
* Platform & Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends and platform changes to identify new opportunities for clients.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in social media content creation and strategy, preferably in an agency environment
* Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms
* Experience with basic content production, including photography and simple video capture, directing on set a plus.
* Proficiency with content creation tools (like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut) and social media management platforms
* Strong understanding of social media analytics and datainterpretation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client presentations
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
