Corporate Travel Manager Job Opportunity
This role involves arranging comfortable international business trips and planning corporate relocations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing our travel policy, planning employee meetups, and finding the most optimal options for domestic and international travel.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Implementing company travel policies;
2. Planning relocations, business trips, and employee meetups;
3. Searching for the best options for travel, including booking flights, hotels, and transfers worldwide;
4. Assisting employees with visa applications, including gathering documents and scheduling appointments;
5. Communicating with travel agencies, taxi services, and other service providers;
6. Managing expenditure, working with estimates and financial reports, and participating in budget development;

1. 1+ years of experience in travel coordination or management;

7. Fluency in English and proficiency in Russian is required.
