We are seeking an experienced Finisher / Snagger for an immediate start.
Full-Time Role
Lark rock are dedicated to retrofitting homes to an ''A'' rated standard. All homes are finished to the very highest of standards. We have a small progressive dynamic team and are looking for talent to grow with the business through a very exciting expansion phase.
Hours: 7.30am / 5pm (Mon - Fri)
Responsibilities:
* Plastering
* Patching
* Basic carpentry / joinery
* Painting
* Plastic work and
* General repairs/replacements
* Site clean up
* Collection of Items in Hardware
* Organising PO's
* Reporting Invoices and items to Accounts department
Requirements:
* Safe pass
* Finishing/ Snagging experience
* Manual handling
* CV & 2 contactable references
* Driver Licence
Salary: €45 -50k per Annum, Company Van, Company Bonus DOE
