Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth business process analysis to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities.
- Analyse data and prepare insightful reports to support key decision-making.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and strategic objectives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend improvements continuously.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data modelling and process mapping.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Kafka, ClickHouse and Hive.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of industry-specific processes and systems.
- Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles.
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, IIBA) is a plus.
