Technical Background:
- 10+ years' experience in technical program management on complex, cross-functional projects.
· Background in software engineering development with understanding of coding principles and system architecture
· Experience with both internal and external partner integrations
Program Management Expertise:
· Proven track record launching multiple concurrent technical implementations.
· Strong requirements gathering and synthesis skills.
· Risk identification and mitigation planning experience.
· Stakeholder management across engineering, operations, and product teams
Communication & Collaboration:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
· Experience facilitating requirements sessions, design meetings, and status reviews.
· Track record of building effective working relationships across organizational boundaries.
Education
: - B.A./B.S./M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
