We are looking to recruit a 30hr a week Bookkeeper with flexible hours between Monday-Friday (in office) to cover maternity leave.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Deal with internal and external customers in a professional and timely manner.
* Process Sales and Purchase Invoices.
* Manage Creditor and Debtor reconciliations.
* Any other administrative duties as required.
* Treat all colleagues with dignity and respect.
* Ensure that all Company policies and practices are adhered to at all times.
* Carry out any other duties that may be required from time to time.

Essential Criteria
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
* Experience with Xero accounts package.
* Experience using EDI systems.
* Proficient in MS Packages in particular MS Word and Excel and Outlook.
* Numerical ability.
* Attention to detail, ability to resolve issues in a timely and practical manner.
* Team player with the ability to work to tight deadlines and take direction.
* Must have a can do attitude.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Fluent in communicative and written English.
