About Us:We are a busy and growing building company based in Rathmore, Co.Kerry, delivering residential and commercial projects around the county. We are seeking a reliable and organised Bookkeeper/ Office Administrator to join our team on a part - time basis days per week)The Role:This is a varied position supporting the financial and administrative functions of the business. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day - to - day running of the officeKey Responsibilities:Processing purchase and sales invoicesBank reconciliationsPreparation and submission of VAT returnsPayroll processingManaging supplier payments and credit controlAssisting with month - end accounts preparationMaintaining accurate records and filing systemsGeneral office administration dutiesLiaising with clients, subcontractors and suppliersThe Ideal Candidate:Previous experience in accounts, bookkeeping or office administrationExperience within the construction industry (advantageous)Knowledge of Irish VAT, payroll and RCT proceduresExperience with accounting software (e.g Sage, Big Red Cloud etc)Strong attention to detail and organisational skillsHours:2-3 days per weekSalary:Competitive and commensurate with experienceIf you are looking for a flexible part - time role, we would love to hear from youJob Type: Part-timePay: €19,000.00-€25,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 16 – 24 per weekWork Location: In person
