Developing and implementing aftersales service strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.
Handle escalated customer complaints and coordinate resolutions to optimize customer experiences.
Managing reactive callouts and planned maintenance visit function of the company Prepare regular reports on aftersales service performance and present findings to senior management.
Experience you need: Proven experience in aftersales service management or a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Solid understanding of customer service best practices and aftersales processes.
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use metrics to drive decisions.
