Role
You will work with clients across various industries, helping them plan their next steps, strengthen their CVs, prepare for interviews, and enhance their job search approach. There will also be opportunities to deliver online workshops and webinars.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored career guidance to clients in multiple sectors
* Assist with career planning, CV improvement and interview preparation
* Offer practical advice on effective job searching
* Deliver online workshops and share best practice
* Maintain awareness of industry trends to support high-quality coaching
Skills & Experience
* Experience in career coaching, HR, recruitment or similar fields
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
* Empathetic, supportive and client-focused approach
* Comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds
