Job Summary:
Our client are a well-established manufacturing company who are hiring a Building Services Engineer to join their team in Dublin. This position will be a great opportunity for someone with a strong civils/building services projects background who are keen to contribute to a growing and modernising site. This will be an initial 12-month contract with strong prospect for extension
Main Duties:
* As Building Services Engineer, your job will be to coordinate MEP design and delivery for building projects.
* Participating in design reviews related to HVAC, electrical, BMS and plumbing systems.
* Contribute to sustainability projects and efforts on-site.
* Resolving technical issues on site, coordinating with relevant teams and vendors.
* Hands-on involvement with FATs, SATs, commissioning and qualification activities.
* Contributing to civils projects on-site as needed.
* Any other duties as required.
Your background:
* For this Building Services Engineer job, you will have 5+ years' experience in a building services engineer job or similar.
* You will also have a relevant third level qualification.
