About The Job
We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Specialist with strong technical and strategic expertise to join our innovative and fast-paced digital team. This role is critical to shaping the online customer experience and driving growth through advanced eCommerce practices. You will work across UX design, platform integrations, SEO strategy, and analytics to ensure our digital presence is best-in-class. This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects that transform legacy systems into modern CMS platforms, manage complex migrations, and optimize performance through data-driven insights.
Your Job
* Oversee and optimize the eCommerce product catalogue and site architecture.
* Lead UX improvements to enhance customer journeys and conversion rates.
* Manage integrations between Shopify and other business systems.
* Plan and execute platform migrations and legacy system transitions.
* Implement advanced SEO strategies to maximize organic traffic.
* Configure and maintain Google Tag Manager and analytics tracking.
* Drive initiatives to improve site speed, accessibility, and overall performance.
* Collaborate with marketing, IT, and product teams to deliver seamless experiences.
* Monitor KPIs and produce actionable insights for continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with best practices in data governance and security.
Your Profile
* Strategic Thinker: You can see the bigger picture and translate business goals into actionable digital strategies.
* Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of CMS platforms, Shopify, and system integrations.
* Analytical & Data-Driven: Skilled in interpreting data to inform decisions and optimize performance.
* Collaborative Leader: Able to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
* Organised & Detail-Oriented: You manage complex projects with precision and accountability.
Your Qualifications & Experience
* 4+ years in eCommerce or digital marketing roles.
* Advanced knowledge of SEO, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
* Experience with Shopify and other CMS platforms.
* Proven track record in system migrations and integrations.
* Strong UX/UI understanding and ability to apply best practices.
* Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web technologies.
* Excellent Excel and reporting skills.

Additional Information
* This is a full-time, 9-month fixed term contract.
* We need employees to be flexible about when they work, covering store opening hours, including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
* The successful candidate will be required to attend a company induction day in Dublin City Centre.
