OverviewNexVentur is seeking a detail-oriented Site Manager to join our clients' team, and lead commercial fitout projects in Dublin.This role is centered on delivering "Cat A" and "Cat B" office refurbishments and high-end commercial interiors where the standard of finish is paramount.The successful candidate will be the primary lead on-site, responsible for transforming empty shells or existing spaces into top-class working environments. You will manage a team of subcontractors, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a level of craftsmanship that exceeds client expectations. This is a chance to work on some of the most innovative and high-profile interior projects currently being developed in Dublin.Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Site Manager is responsible for the daily execution of the project, from initial strip-out to final handover. Key responsibilities include:Managing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring the project programme is strictly adhered to and identifying potential bottlenecks before they impact delivery.Directing mechanical, electrical, and specialist joinery subcontractors.Ensuring all trades are working in harmony and that their work meets the project’s exacting specifications.Maintaining a strong eye for detail. You will oversee the installation of high-end finishes, acoustic solutions, and bespoke architectural features, ensuring a "snag-free" delivery.Strong H&S awareness. You will ensure full compliance with BCAR and HSA regulations, conducting site inductions, tool-box talks, and reviewing all RAMS.Attend weekly progress meetings and provide clear, professional updates on project status.Co-ordinating the timely delivery of materials to constrained city-centre sites, managing logistics and storage to maintain a clean and organised workspace.Skills and ExperienceWe are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of the Dublin fitout market.Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Trade background with significant leadership experience.Valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and CIF/IOSH Managing Safety in Construction.
