Role Overview
Job Description:
This is a senior leadership position that requires expertise in engineering and facilities management. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and deliver strategic projects.
* Lead engineering and facilities teams to achieve operational success
* Deliver complex capital and operational projects on time and within budget
* Ensure compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or a related field
* At least 12 years of experience in engineering, including 8+ years in leadership roles
* Proven success in team management, project execution, and regulatory compliance
* Strong capital project delivery experience
* Proficiency in project tools such as AutoCAD, BIM, and Microsoft Office

* Performance bonus: Up to 10%
* Hours: 40-hour week, Monday–Friday (8:30am–5:30pm)
