High-profile opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in construction projects, particularly those involving in-situ concrete works and precast elements.
About the Role
You will be responsible for full cost management of projects from early stages to final completion, producing detailed cost estimates, cost plans, and budgets.
1. Prioritize project alignment and cost clarity through collaboration with design teams.
2. Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conduct tender analysis, and compile tender reports.
3. Draft and manage contract documents, overseeing post-contract activities including variations, progress measurement, and final account agreements.
You will also:
* Liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within budget.
* Ensure accurate cost control and timely completion of complex construction projects.
Key Requirements
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with significant exposure to in-situ concrete works.
* Strong track record in cost control and project management on complex construction projects.
