Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in commercial management from pre-construction to final account, ensuring seamless integration of project delivery.
* Prepare and manage subcontractor packages, valuations, and variations, leveraging expertise in cost control and negotiation.
* Monitor project budgets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures to maintain financial discipline throughout the lifecycle.
* Support senior commercial staff and project teams in contract administration, providing guidance on best practices and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, such as engineering or business.
* Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience with a main contractor or leading subcontractor, demonstrating expertise in commercial operations.
* Experience working on commercial, mixed-use, or large-scale construction projects in Ireland or UK, showcasing ability to adapt to diverse project environments.
* Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and organisational skills, allowing for effective collaboration and timely delivery.
