Accounts Assistant / Office Manager – Galway
We’re currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant / Office Manager to join a busy and growing company based in Galway.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of finance and administration in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure efficiency and organisation.
* Handle Accounts Payable – process, code, and pay supplier invoices.
* Manage Accounts Receivable – issue invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
* Assist with payroll and general bookkeeping tasks.
* Support the Contracts Manager with stage payment schedules and project invoicing.
* Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
* Provide administrative and clerical support to management.
* Take initiative and work both independently and within a team.
* Assist with ad-hoc projects as required.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or Office Management role.
* Knowledge of Accounts Payable / Receivable processes.
* Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
