The Head of Legal Services Unit will report to the Director of the Guardian ad litem National Service and will be a member of the senior management team involved in establishing and shaping the service. ResponsibilitiesBe a member of the senior management team and contribute to the establishment/formation of the Guardian ad litem National Service.Develop an organisational culture of collaboration focused on placing the child at the centre of service provision.Lead the Legal Services Unit to support the delivery of services within the Guardian ad litem National Service.
Qualifications and ExperienceSubstantial relevant experience in a legal leadership role.Suitably qualified to fulfil a key role in this new service.
