We’re looking for an experienced Digital Growth Manager to lead all paid acquisition and digital growth campaigns for a fast grown beauty brand, who are not just another beauty brand – but who are empowering women to feel their best. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take over from external agencies and fully own campaign strategy, execution, testing, and optimisation across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), TikTok, Pinterest, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max
* Launch new creative angles, testing strategies, and ad sets weekly to drive efficient growth
* Own reporting dashboards and performance analysis — you’ll track, optimise, and pivot based on real-time insights
* Ensure full optimisation of TikTok Shop, product feeds, and Google Merchant Center integrations
* Collaborate with the wider team to translate learnings into stronger landing pages, product listings, and conversion rates
* Partner with creative, UGC, and influencer teams to ensure ads have a steady stream of high-performing content
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years of experience in performance marketing for DTC brands — beauty, wellness, or lifestyle preferred
* Strong technical knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads & Shopping
* Confident with Shopify, Klaviyo, and analytics platforms like GA4 or Triple Whale
* Data-driven with a creative mindset — you know how to balance numbers with what actually converts real customers
* Comfortable in fast-paced, founder-led environments where your ideas and execution have direct impact
Bonus Points:
* Experience launching paid campaigns in new markets (US, EU, UK, Ireland)
* UGC or video editing skills
* Passion for beauty, nails, or growing e-commerce brands that do things differently
