You'll be joining a friendly team that invests in training and supports career growth.What you'll be doingFinance tasksManage accounts payable and receivable using Sage Line 50Prepare and issue client invoices; match invoices to purchase ordersAssist with VIES and Intrastat filingsHelp with month-end routines and annual financial paperworkOperations & adminProcess sales orders and give sales team support when neededCreate purchase orders and communicate with suppliersArrange courier collections and track deliveriesKeep accurate records and assist with inventory checksProvide general admin support across teamsWho we're looking for3–5 years' experience in finance, accounts, or office administrationComfortable working in Sage Line 50 and with Microsoft Office (Excel essential)Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational habitsClear communicator who enjoys working as part of a teamKeen to expand skills across both finance and operations
