Use data and analytics to report on hiring trends, improve processes, and influence outcomes. Deliver a seamless end-to-end candidate and hiring manager experience. HR qualification with3+ years recruitment experience (in-house or large, complex settings). ? Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at every level. ?
