We are looking for a Catering Supervisor to join our team in a school environment in Shannon area, Co Clare
Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 08:00-15:00

Job description:
* Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the Canteen's recipes, portioning and serving standards
* Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition
* Control food cost and usage
* Ensure accurate stocktaking each week
* Submit staff timesheets
* Report any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures
* Oversee the training of personnel in safe operation of all equipment and utensils
* Ensure compliance with HACCP regulations
* Maintains professional appearance at all times
Requirements:
* At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity
* Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen staff and School staff & Students
* Be a team player, have time management and organizational skills
* Be motivated, enthusiastic and reliable
* Computer literacy
* Garda vetting
