* SUPPORT THE STORE MANAGER IN ACHIEVING BUSINESS OBJECTIVES
* INSPIRE AND MENTOR THE TEAM TO DRIVE STRONG OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE
* CONTRIBUTE TO PLANNING AND EXECUTION OF PROMOTIONS AND SEASONAL CAMPAIGNS
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead position within high-volume retail, strong organisational, decision-making, and communication skills, and a proven ability to motivate teams and deliver strong store performance.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
