You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food department at the weekends, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, product quality, and presentation.
This is a weekend role and might suit someone looking for part-time and/or weekend hours around college or personal commitments.
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard.
* Ordering and stock management.
* Inducting and on-boarding of new team members
* Supervise the activities of the team on a daily and on-going basis to ensure necessary tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
* Ensure high quality and consistent customer service is provided at all times.
* Ensure compliance with all safety and food regulations.
* Monitor and adherence to store and company policies.

About you
* Previous experience in the fast food/deli/kitchen department would be beneficial but full training will be provided.
* Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP is required.
* Customer driven with great communication and interpersonal skills.
* Hard-working and flexible, with the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative.
* Professional & polite manner is essential.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €14.00-€15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
