We are currently accepting CVs from Experienced Social Care Professionals for the role of Deputy Person in Charge in their Residential Care Home based in Tullamore.
Successful candidates will manage a staff team and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support Separated Children Seeking International Protection.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Essential 3+ years demonstrable management experience in a similar setting
· Experience of managing and working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, as relevant to this role
· Experience in supervising and leading others
· Experience of working with young persons
· Relevant experience in providing care in a community setting
· Excellent experience of report writing
