Project Manager for Finishing Operations
The role of Project Manager for Finishing Operations involves overseeing the finishing trades and operations on a construction site. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Finishing Foreman with a main contractor, ideally on similar projects.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the finishing team to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
* Monitor and control costs to meet budget targets.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.

Requirements:
* Trade background in carpentry, plastering, or dry lining.
* Strong knowledge of supervising trades such as Carpenters, Plasterers, and Painters.
* Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
