Oversee the daily management of 15-vehicle fleet across Ireland Ensure vehicles meet all safety compliance standards Liaise with service providers for garage services Manage onboard technology systems diagnostics Maintain onboard service provisions Lead mentor support team driver scoutors Manage rosters holiday scheduling driver coverage regions Handle queries challenges ensure morale stays high Drive growth by streamlining operational processes Optimize fleet utilization to improve efficiency Enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication Respond promptly to critical situations
