Experienced butcher required to work in our Butcher Shop at 16 Pearse Street, Clonakilty, West Cork.
Main Duties:
* Meat preparation
* Weight, price and package meat products as required
* Over counter sales and customer service
* Ensure merchandising, presentation and rotation of the stock is to the highest standard
* Helping with customer queries, including recipes suggestions and cooking advice.
* Adhering to all HACCP and food safety standards
About You:
* Minimum of 2 years experience as a butcher
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to work as part of a team and work on your own initiative in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure
* A passion for food and the ability to inspire shoppers
* Previous customer service experience
Working Week for this person will be Tuesday to Saturday 8:30- 18:00
