About the RoleWe are seeking a highly reliable, detail-driven Executive Assistant to support the founder of a fast-growing AI technology startup. This role blends executive support, research, content preparation, QA/testing coordination, and light outreach.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced startup environment, communicates proactively, and takes full ownership of tasks and deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Operations SupportProvide daily administrative, operational, and organizational support to the founderManage schedules, follow-ups, and communications with precision and professionalismCommunicate confidently with U.S.-based clients and partners via phone and videoResearch, Content & DocumentationConduct online and AI-assisted research for presentations, proposals, and initiativesCreate, edit, and organize polished PowerPoint presentations and business documentsAssist in drafting, editing, and organizing grant proposals and technical documentsDevelop and maintain internal and client-facing training materialsQA, Web & Project CoordinationDevelop test scripts and test client tools/websites against specificationsDocument issues, coordinate fixes with developers, and confirm resolutionsMaintain and update the company website (WordPress/Elementor) for accuracy and brandingTrack tasks, deadlines, and deliverables using TaigaSales & Social Media OutreachSend and manage outbound LinkedIn, email, or CRM outreachEngage professionally on LinkedIn on the executive's behalfDraft short posts, comments, and lightweight content aligned with executive voiceKey QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, founders, or startup leadership (US-based clients required)Exceptionally detail-oriented, self-driven, and highly organizedStrong experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Hands-on experience with WordPress / Elementor, Canva, and LinkedInActive daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) for research and content creationExperience with social media outreach and CRM-based messagingPrior experience using Taiga for task or project trackingExcellent written and spoken EnglishStable high-speed internet and professional home office setupBonus (Nice to Have)QA/testing coordination or client deliverables experiencePrompt engineering or advanced AI workflowsZapier or automation toolsCRM or client management platformsGrant writing or technical documentation experienceWhat We OfferFully remote, part-time role with a consistent US-hours scheduleDirect collaboration with an AI startup founderOpportunity to shape workflows, documentation, and internal systemsLong-term growth potential with the possibility of future full-time work
